from within the Milwaukee Native community with the&nbsp;<strong>Wallace Pyawasit* Leadership Award<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We realize that there are many individuals who are deserving of this award.&nbsp; We now ask your help in identifying our community members who have demonstrated an unfailing commitment to American Indian causes through leadership, generosity of spirit, and ability to approach community problems with wisdom, foresight, and a positive attitude.&nbsp; If you know someone who you feel should be recognized for contributions to the betterment of the community in his or her employment or volunteer efforts, please take the time to nominate them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please use the form below to summarize the nominee\u2019s community activities, contributions, and
