DESCRIPTION:Join us for our monthly Coffee & Corn Mush gathering\, held every first Monday in the AISC Lounge from 10 AM until it’s gone. Come enjoy a cozy start to your week with good food\, good company\, and community care. \n\nApril Gathering – Featuring Special Jams & Jellies!\nFor our April Coffee & Corn Mush\, we’ll also have a delicious spread of jellies and jams bartered from Ukwakhwa. Come taste a variety of flavors and learn a little about the relationships and exchanges that make gatherings like this possible. \nMay Gathering – Stay for the Fire Circle Soup!\nAfter the May Coffee & Corn Mush\, we’ll keep the fire going into the afternoon. Join us later in the day at the EQI Fire Circle for fire‑cooked soup and community time.\nCome for breakfast\, stay for the fire — we’ll be there all day! \nThis series is co-hosted by the Electa Quinney Institute and the American Indian Student Center.
