We know that there are many options for advanced studies. However, we don\u2019t think that you will find more engaging opportunities to study anywhere. We also think you will find that the faculty and instructors in the School of Education are among the finest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this page you will find information about the first steps to beginning your studies with us. You will find information, links and people to contact for more information or assistance. Please take advantage of this page and the information provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you and, again, welcome!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion uwm-p-accordion--icon-left-circle\" data-accordion-prefix-classes=\"uwm\" data-accordion-cool-selectors=\"1\"><button class=\"uwm-p-accordion--toggle-button size-p-md\">Expand All<\/button>\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">Just need to register?<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<p><strong>Undergraduate Credit Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To register for Undergraduate credit, you must at least hold a high school diploma or the equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When taking a course as part of a job requirement or for advancement on a salary schedule, you should be certain whether graduate or undergraduate credit will be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Graduate Credit Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To register for Graduate credit, you must have at least a bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited institution and should be registering in a course approved for graduate credit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courses taken for graduate credit may, with proper approvals; be counted toward an advanced degree at UW-Milwaukee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No more than nine graduate credits earned in 51ÁÔÆæ off-campus graduate courses prior to admission to a 51ÁÔÆæ graduate program may be considered for transfer toward the 51ÁÔÆæ graduate degree program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are unsure of your student \u2018status\u2019 (undergraduate, graduate, non-degree) please contact the Office of Student Services for assistance. It\u2019s possible that coursework completed as part of your bachelor\u2019s degree could be applied towards our program.
