When signing up for this plan, the client can enjoy the discounted rates laid out in the plan. Menus are made by our Culinary Institute of America (CIA) certified executive chef and produced by our award-winning culinary team.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-group-rates-for-individual-meals-nbsp\">Group Rates for Individual Meals&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All meals served in the Sandburg Caf\u00e9 will be served as an \u201call you care to eat\u201d service. Everyone will have <strong>one entry into the caf\u00e9 <\/strong>(no carry-outs) for each meal that has been pre-purchased. Guests will be provided with a designated meal FOB at check-in. This FOB will allow the guest to swipe into the Caf\u00e9 at the correct designated mealtime for one entry to the Caf\u00e9 serving area. Re-entry is not allowed. The total number of meals will be tracked by FOB swipe and restaurant operations staff.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To register for this service, the camp\/event coordinator (client) must provide to 51ÁÔÆæ Dining:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The guaranteed meal period(s) and dates no less than <strong>30 business days <\/strong>prior to arrival.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide documentation of tax-exempt status no less than <strong>30 business days <\/strong>prior to check in.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The guaranteed meal period(s).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The estimated guest count <strong>10 business days <\/strong>prior to arrival.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Final <\/strong>guaranteed numbers <strong>5 business days <\/strong>prior to arrival.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The client will be charged the <strong>Total Number of Meals<\/strong>, determined by the larger of; final actual meals or final guaranteed number of meals. <strong>Overage<\/strong>: Meals used above the Total Number of Meals will be charged at 1.5 x per meal rate. <strong>Carry Out<\/strong>: Management reserves the right to limit and\/or charge amounts above and beyond the normal dining experience for&nbsp;items carried out. Wisconsin &amp; Milwaukee County &amp; Milwaukee City Sales Tax of 8.4% will be added to all meal charges, unless the client\/group is tax exempt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"uwm-c-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Price (Per Meal)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Rate&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Breakfast&nbsp;<\/td><td>$9.50<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Lunch&nbsp;<\/td><td>$12.50<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Dinner&nbsp;<\/td><td>$14.00&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>All Day (Breakfast, Lunch, &amp; Dinner)&nbsp;<\/td><td>$36.00<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Menus available upon request and are subject to change.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conference-service-hours-nbsp\"><strong>Conference Service Hours:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weekday guaranteed minimums: 25 + meals&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekend guaranteed minimums: 200 + meals&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Dining Services reserves the right to alter meal periods based on projected guarantee numbers<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"uwm-c-table uwm-c-table--stripe\"><table><thead><tr><th>Standard Summer Hours: Sandburg Caf\u00e9 (Camps\/Events)<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Breakfast<\/td><td>7:00 am<\/td><td>until<\/td><td>8:30 am<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Lunch<\/td><td>11:30 am<\/td><td>until<\/td><td>1:00 pm<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Dinner<\/td><td>5:00 pm<\/td><td>until<\/td><td>6:30 pm<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cancellation-nbsp\">Cancellation&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation is required by noon on the fourth business day prior to the e and should be made to the attention of your coordinator at <a href=\"tel:4142516726\">414-251-6726<\/a>. If cancellation occurs within three business days of the event the following Cancellation Fee will be assessed for the entirety of the reservation for incurred expenses:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 business days prior to the event = 5% service fee (not to exceed $400)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 business days prior to the event = 15% service fee (not to exceed $600)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 business days prior to the event = 25% service fee (not to exceed $800)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 business day prior to the event = 50% service fee (not to exceed $1000)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dietary-accommodations-nbsp\">Dietary Accommodations&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Restaurant operations works to ensure that dietary needs are met.
