Food Support Options for 51ÁÔÆæ Students<\/h1><\/header>\n\n\n

Wisconsin residents who have received Food Share (commonly known as SNAP) can find the latest FoodShare benefits information<\/a> from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. If you have received FoodShare, stay informed by visiting MyACCESS<\/a> and making sure your contact information is up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

51ÁÔÆæ students in need of food support have several resources including the 51ÁÔÆæ Food Center and Pantry<\/a> in the 51ÁÔÆæ Student Union and food pantries throughout the metro area.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Food Center and Pantry<\/a> is open to 51ÁÔÆæ students and employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuesdays: 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (by appointment only<\/a>)
Wednesday:<\/strong> 9:30 a.m. \u2013 1:30 p.m.
Thursday:<\/strong> 8:30 a.m. \u2013 10:30 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. \u2013 12 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emergency Grants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To request a 51ÁÔÆæ Emergency Grant<\/a> or Universities of Wisconsin Emergency Grant<\/a> for an unexpected financial challenge, go to the Panther Scholarship Portal<\/a>. First complete the four required questions for the General Scholarship Application. Then, complete either\/both of the Emergency Grant applications. In your application, include documentation of your bills and expenses you\u2019d like the grant to cover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
