All 51ÁÔÆæ faculty and staff may apply for access to the shared dashboards via the OBIEE “consumer” access role. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> Before applying for access to shared dashboards, 51ÁÔÆæ faculty and staff must complete or have already completed online Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) training.  The online FERPA tutorial and quiz<\/a> require approximately 15 to 25 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apply for consumer access with the following four steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Access the DAR form<\/h2>\n

    Access the 51ÁÔÆæ Data Authorization Request<\/strong> (DAR) form at https:\/\/uwm.edu\/dar<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n

  2. Choose the OBIEE Student Records Consumer role<\/h2>\n

    Select the Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE)<\/strong> System and Student Records Consumer<\/strong> Group.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>\n\n\n\n

  3. Fill in the other required fields and submit<\/h2>\n
