Many of these dashboards will be recreated in other platforms .Please expand the menu below for a complete list of dashboards and their transition status. Due to limited resources, some dashboards may not be recreated. This section will be updated as transitioned dashboards become available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion\" data-accordion-prefix-classes=\"uwm\" data-accordion-cool-selectors=\"1\"><button class=\"uwm-p-accordion--toggle-button size-p-md\">Expand All<\/button>\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">OBIEE Shared Dashboards<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Academic Standing<\/strong>: Identify students for a given term who have an academic standing other than No Action.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/institutional-research\/academic-standing-report\/\">https:\/\/uwm.edu\/institutional-research\/academic-standing-report\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Application to Enrollment Funnel<\/strong>:This dashboard combines both application\/admission data with enrollment data to show the progression of students from the time of application to the time of enrollment. Users can filter the data in a number of different ways, including by school\/college, plan, and subplan to see counts of applications, admits, matriculations, and enrollments. This dashboard is updated weekly.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/institutional-research\/reports\/admissions\/funnel\/\">https:\/\/uwm.edu\/institutional-research\/reports\/admissions\/funnel\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Application to Enrollment Funnel Final<\/strong>: This dashboard is identical to the weekly application to enrollment funnel dashboard, except it provides the final load data. It shows multiple terms\/years data and provides comparisons over time.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/institutional-research\/reports\/enrollment\/coe\/final\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/uwm.edu\/institutional-research\/reports\/enrollment\/coe\/final\/<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Orientation Registrations<\/strong>: A dashboard designed to provide a list of who is signed up for orientation sessions by date including academic and advisor information for the student. Workday will offer HR and Financial reporting capabilities therefore the OBIEE platform will no longer be necessary.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where will OBIEE dashboards be re-created?&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Many of the OBIEE dashboards will be re-created as a Power BI report or as a Slate CRM report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Why aren\u2019t all the dashboards being re-created?&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Due to resource constraints, there is not enough capacity to build and support the full catalog of OBIEE dashboards.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can I receive the proper training to create the dashboards my department needs?&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>While training is available for popular reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau, the necessary training for learning the underlying tables of the Data Warehouse is not formally available.&nbsp; The Data Warehouse is a repository of mostly PeopleSoft data that allows for consistent reporting.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What reporting options are available to me?\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An existing report-writer within your unit or division may replicate a report for you to use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your unit or division can make a request in the <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/datahub\/\">data hub<\/a> to convert a report.
