Conflict Transformation workshop: Responsive Strategies (virtual)

Conflict Transformation workshops provide space for 51ÁÔÆæ employees to explore ways you experience and respond to conflict. Participants gain greater awareness of varied conflict styles and learn strategies to address conflict constructively.
The series of three workshops — Conflict Styles, Responsive Strategies, Preparing for Conflict — build on each other, though it’s not required to attend all three.
Each virtual workshop is held on Zoom; meeting link is shared with those who register.
