A Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Organizational Administration provides students with the educational background necessary to succeed in a broad spectrum of professions and is an excellent foundation for the pursuit of several advanced degree programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-certificate-in-digital-arts-and-culture\">Certificate in Digital Arts and Culture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/digital-arts-culture\/\">Digital Arts and Culture Certificate Program<\/a> is designed to provide students with a balanced and comprehensive approach to studying information technology and emerging media forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-certificate-in-peace-studies-and-conflict-resolution\">Certificate in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the <a href=\"https:\/\/catalog.uwm.edu\/health-professions-sciences\/nursing\/peace-conflict-studies-undergraduate-certificate\/\">Certificate in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution<\/a> is to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to help people work together effectively and to manage their conflicts constructively. As the world becomes evermore interconnected it means that in whatever occupation students pursue, there will be a critical need to help people work through their differences, bridge diverse perspectives, and resolve their conflicts efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-minors-for-communication-majors\">Minors for Communication Majors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-general-business-minor\">General Business Minor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/business\/academics\/undergrad\/minor\/\">General Business Minor<\/a> is designed for students whose preparation in their major field would be enhanced by a better understanding of the various business functions and the management process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-health-care-administration-minor\">Health Care Administration Minor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/healthsciences\/academics\/minor-health-care-administration\/\">Minor in Health Care Administration<\/a> consists of 17 credits and may be declared once a student has completed a minimum of 45 credits and achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5. To obtain the minor, a student must complete at 51ÁÔÆæ the 17 credits on which a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA is also required.
