Please direct questions to <a href=\"mailto:travel-cie@uwm.edu\">travel-cie@uwm.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-u-flex uwm-u-flex--left\">\n<a class=\"uwm-c-button uwm-u-mr-20 uwm-u-mb-20\" href=\"#h-passport-and-visa-photos\" rel=\"\">Passport and Visa Photos<\/a>\n\n\n\n<a class=\"uwm-c-button uwm-u-mr-20 uwm-u-mb-20\" href=\"#h-university-sponsored-international-travel-and-cisi-insurance\" rel=\"\">University-sponsored International Travel and CISI Insurance<\/a>\n\n\n\n<a class=\"uwm-c-button uwm-u-mr-20 uwm-u-mb-20\" href=\"#h-compliance\" rel=\"\">Compliance<\/a>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-passport-and-visa-photos-nbsp\">Passport and Visa Photos&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Center for International Education Office&nbsp;offers professional-quality printed photos that&nbsp;may be used for:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passports&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visas&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Study Abroad Applications&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OPT&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This service is available in Garland Hall 138&nbsp;on a walk-in basis&nbsp;Monday \u2013&nbsp;Friday 10 a.m. \u2013&nbsp;2&nbsp;p.m.&nbsp;The cost is $10 for two photos. Payment can be made by credit card, personal check or money order made payable to \u201cUW-Milwaukee\u201d only. Cash is not accepted.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"has-alpha-channel-opacity uwm-c-hr--center\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-university-sponsored-international-travel-and-cisi-insurance-nbsp-nbsp\">University-sponsored International Travel and CISI Insurance&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>51ÁÔÆæ&nbsp;requires&nbsp;all students and&nbsp;strongly&nbsp;recommends&nbsp;all faculty and staff&nbsp;participating&nbsp;in\u202funiversity-sponsored international travel&nbsp;(for&nbsp;academic, research, or business activities)&nbsp;to&nbsp;purchase&nbsp;Cultural Insurance Services&nbsp;International&nbsp;(CISI) insurance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Universities of Wisconsin CISI policy is&nbsp;low-cost,&nbsp;comprehensive&nbsp;international health insurance coverage&nbsp;that includes&nbsp;additional&nbsp;features such as emergency&nbsp;assistance, medical and emergency evacuation coverage, and trip delay benefits.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-nbsp-to-register-nbsp\">How&nbsp;to Register&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be enrolled in the CISI policy, complete a brief registration through CIE.&nbsp;All students, faculty and staff who complete the registration process will also have access to CIE resources and support in case of an emergency.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration should be completed\u202fat least three weeks prior to departure\u202fto ensure proper processing.\u202fAny registration requests\u202fsubmitted&nbsp;within three weeks of departure could be subject to a $50 late registration fee.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cost and policy information can be found&nbsp;on the registration pages below.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-card uwm-p-card--color-head uwm-u-mb-40\"><div class=\"uwm-p-card--title\">Students<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-card--body\"><div registration is for&nbsp;students undertaking independent, university-sponsored international travel, such&nbsp;as for&nbsp;research, fieldwork, attending an international conference, etc.&nbsp;<\/strong>Students&nbsp;participating&nbsp;in\u202fstudy abroad programs are enrolled automatically.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-u-flex uwm-u-flex--wrap uwm-u-flex--left\">\n<a allowances,&nbsp;see the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/travel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Universities of Wisconsin travel site<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All&nbsp;51ÁÔÆæ-sponsored international travel to countries with a U.S.&nbsp;Department of State and\/or CDC travel advisory level 3 or higher must be reviewed for approval, per the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/policy\/library\/international-travel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">51ÁÔÆæ International Travel
