{"id":75,"date":"2023-10-09T11:14:39","date_gmt":"2023-10-09T16:14:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/children\/?page_id=75"},"modified":"2026-03-26T11:47:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T16:47:15","slug":"employment","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/children\/about\/employment\/","title":{"rendered":"Employment"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-full-time-professional-staff\">Full-time Professional Staff:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Children\u2019s Learning Center is periodically looking for multiple <a href=\"https:\/\/wisconsin.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com\/en-US\/UW_Milwaukee\/details\/Early-Child-Edu-Teacher_JR10004401?q=Children%27s%20Learning%20Center\">Lead Educators<\/a> across various age groups \u2013 infants, toddler, preschool, kindergarten and school-age. The Lead Educator will be responsible for curriculum, staff performance, environment and communication in a year-round, full-day classroom. The position is responsible for understanding and communicating the needs of children and their families, and the interrelationship between these needs and the Center. Lead Educators must maintain in-service and continuing education requirements as mandated by state licensing and accreditation. Apply on the link below!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are especially looking for people that can work Monday-Friday for the same 3- or 4-hour shift, but all applications are welcome. The majority of our hiring is done&nbsp;<strong>prior<\/strong>&nbsp;to the start of each semester, but we do regularly hire throughout the year.
