US Applicants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Applications for our graduate program are due on January 15<\/strong> for fall applications and August 25<\/strong> for spring applications. We will notify all applicants once an admission decision has been made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is no longer a prerequisite for admission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All applications must adhere to the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Minimum qualifications<\/strong> as defined by the Graduate School<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Transcripts <\/strong>(official or unofficial).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Reason Statement<\/strong>.
    This document is typically one or two pages long and should provide your motivation, goals for pursuing graduate study, specific interests, background, and relevant academic awards or honors. Clearly state your interest in a particular area of chemistry and potential research groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Three email addresses for recommendation letters<\/strong>.
    Our system will automatically send requests for recommendation letters. Please inform your recommenders that they must <\/em>submit the letter as a PDF file with original letterhead and signature<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. $75 application fee<\/strong>.
    This fee is non-refundable and cannot be waived.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
