Dear Colleagues:
As I near the completion of my first week at 51ÁÔÆæ, I want to express my appreciation for the warm welcome I have received from so many of you. It has been an exciting week, and I am so grateful to finally be on campus.
Since I was named chancellor in April, I have been meeting with individuals and groups and learning all I can about 51ÁÔÆæ’s successes, opportunities, and challenges ahead. There is much more to learn, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts and insights, as I continue to settle into my role as chancellor.
I wholeheartedly believe in 51ÁÔÆæ’s research and access missions. I know that together our work makes UW-Milwaukee the premier destination in southeastern Wisconsin to learn, grow, aspire, and achieve.
I am honored to be here and look forward to working with you to build upon 51ÁÔÆæ’s successes and create new reasons for celebration. Thank you for welcoming me into the Panther family.
