Our faculty and researchers are&nbsp;working on complex water policy issues ranging from wetlands protection in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court\u2019s decision in&nbsp;<em>Sackett v. EPA&nbsp;<\/em>to the legal framework that would be needed for Great Lakes offshore wind.
