Human resources management includes identifying, recruiting, and selecting new employees, providing training and development for employees, and administering compensation and benefits plans, among other objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today\u2019s business environment is highly competitive, and companies want to attract and keep the best people. After all, people are at the center of every organization\u2019s ability to succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lubar College\u2019s Human Resources Management major will prepare you for an entry-level human resources generalist or specialist position through a curriculum that covers the core of human resources, including staffing, compensation, diversity, training and development, and labor relations.<\/p>\n\n\n
