New York\/Berlin-based artist Trevor Paglen spans numerous disciplines. He has launched an artwork into distant orbit around Earth in collaboration with Creative Time and MIT, contributed research and cinematography to the Academy Award-winning film Citizenfour,<\/em> and created a radioactive public sculpture for the exclusion zone in Fukushima, Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n

Throughout the fall and spring semesters, the Artists Now! Guest Lecture Series<\/a> welcomes a diverse group of nationally and internationally recognized artists working across traditional, hybrid and emergent disciplines. Join us to explore and expand boundaries of creative visual practices alongside others with an interest in contemporary visual art.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
