The exhibit will be open until <strong>May 11th, 2023<\/strong> and, as always, the Mathis Gallery is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Negotiating Authenticity: Reproducing the Past for the Present<\/strong><\/em> explores how reproductions connect us to the past. From Rembrandt restrikes to plastic souvenirs, reproductions occupy an important chapter in an object\u2019s biography. This exhibition explores the complex relationships between \u2018original\u2019 artifacts and their reproductions.
