The DGS helps students to select appropriate courses for the timely completion of the degree. The DGS also serves as primary faculty advisor to all MA students until a thesis or thesis exhibition supervisor (first reader) is determined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students usually identify their thesis or thesis exhibition supervisor by the end of their second term in the program.
