G*Power can also be used to compute effect sizes and to display graphically the results of power analyses.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gpower.hhu.de\/fileadmin\/redaktion\/Fakultaeten\/Mathematisch-Naturwissenschaftliche_Fakultaet\/Psychologie\/AAP\/gpower\/GPowerManual.pdf\">Manual for G*Power 3.1.9.7<\/a> (Latest version as of 2021)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gpower.hhu.de\/\">G*Power Homepage (University of D\u00fcsseldorf)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions on G*Power Download and Installation<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Visit the G*Power Homepage link above<\/li>\n<li>Scroll down to the &#8220;Download&#8221; section and click the appropriate link for your operating system (either Windows or Mac OS)<\/li>\n<li>The download will ensue as a compressed &#8216;.zip&#8217; file. Once the download is completed, you will &#8216;unzip&#8217; the file<\/li>\n<li><strong>For\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Windows<\/span> ONLY:<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Run setup.exe to start the installation program and follow the instructions<\/li>\n<li>The installation program may install Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1 and the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 SP1 Runtime library if not already installed on your computer.
