The purpose of this event is to provide space for departmental teams to come together and share their efforts from the Spring semester as well as look to strategies for Fall 2025. The Student Success in the Classroom department teams were created to support the discussion of data and development of actional strategies aimed at enhancing student success and learning outcomes at 51ÁÔÆæ by improving retention, graduation rates, and course outcomes through intentional action in the classroom. The work has focused on integrating instructor driven high-impact practices and inclusive excellence strategies within the classroom, in alignment with 51ÁÔÆæ\u2019s 2030 Strategic Plan, which prioritizes student success as a moral imperative and a critical pathway to generational change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
