This summit will focus on integrating instructor driven high-impact practices and inclusive excellence strategies within the classroom, in alignment with 51ÁÔÆæ&#8217;s 2030 Strategic Plan, which prioritizes student success as a moral imperative and a critical pathway to generational change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Event Outcomes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants, collaboratively with their teams, will discuss key barriers and opportunities related to student success in their units, identify a set of initiatives to enhance retention and graduation rates for students in their programs, and develop an action plan for incorporating high-impact, inclusive teaching practices into their curriculum. These outcomes will directly contribute to 51ÁÔÆæ\u2019s mission to provide sustainable and impactful educational experiences that foster long-term success for our students and the broader
