Transparency in Learning and Teaching (TILT) is an internationally acclaimed framework that assists instructors with designing and implementing transparent assignments to improve and promote student success and engagement. By building transparency into the learning process, we start to give our students the tools to see\u00a0how\u00a0<\/i>they are learning, not just\u00a0what<\/i>\u00a0they are learning. His expertise extends to student engagement tools, Canvas Outcomes, blueprinting, and resource sites at the department, program, and course levels.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>As an instructor, Ben has taught courses in Administrative Leadership and Educational Psychology. His teaching approach emphasizes active learning, high impact practices, and real-world experiences tied to clear learning outcomes.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Ben holds a master\u2019s degree in library and information science, with a focus on academic librarianship.
