This refreshed 2030 Action Plan features four pillars or commitments that reinforce 51ÁÔÆæ\u2019s mission and vision. It strengthens 51ÁÔÆæ\u2019s strategic framework while also providing a clearer roadmap toward the chancellor\u2019s strategic directions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The refreshed 2030 Action Plan features four pillars or commitments that reinforce 51ÁÔÆæ\u2019s mission and vision. It strengthens 51ÁÔÆæ\u2019s strategic framework while also providing a clearer roadmap toward the chancellor\u2019s strategic directions. Commitment Sponsors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sponsors have been named to lead efforts for each of the four new areas. They\u2019ll collaborate with faculty and staff with expertise in these subject areas, though formal work group rosters will not be created. Commitment sponsors will work with stakeholders to develop appropriate strategies and metrics to track progress toward each goal. In keeping with 51ÁÔÆæ\u2019s overall efforts toward inclusive excellence, each goal is expected to have at least one strategy explicitly tied to those efforts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
